Sebile USA Return Policy
Sebile guarantee’s its product lures against defect in material or workmanship for a period of thirty days. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached.
Note the following:
1. Returns must include the original invoice or receipt.
2. Returns without a return authorization (RA#) will not be accepted RA requests are to be made to hooked@sebileusa.com or call 1.325.437.8103
3. Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective
merchandise shipped within the US.
4. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
5. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
6. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
